VBI in TimeDelay and pass-through

When recording TimeDelay loops, AutoPlay now ingests and also plays out all the ancillary information, including teletext, subtitles, SCTE-104 markers etc

The AutoPlay playout automation system supports TimeDelay cyclic video recording. Feeds from one or several inputs are recorded in a loop, which starts overwriting itself when a chosen duration is reached, saving videoserver storage space. The TimeDelay loops can be used for deferred playout to different time-zones, as a timeline buffer for multichannel manual ingest (commonly used by news broadcasters), and for action-replay purposes.

Starting with version 7.10, when recording TimeDelay loops, AutoPlay now ingests and plays out not only video and sound, but also all the ancillary information, including teletext, subtitles, SCTE-104 markers etc. All the VBI data is also preserved when working with pass-through signal.
