With the support of Avid DNxHD codec recording of a program can be carried out in MXF container that allows to send this material to Avid Media Composer for further editing. Avid DNxHD codec supports high bit rate of up to 220Mbit, color depth of up to 10 bits per channel, as well as an alpha channel.
